Audience: Mentor
Introduction
Co-mentors can be added at the time the original session is entered or when editing an existing session. See the steps below to learn how to add a co-mentor to a mentoring session.
All active mentors when added as co-mentors have the ability to add their own mentoring sessions since they become team members of the mentoring request case. As team members, they now have access to add their own mentoring sessions without creating a new mentoring request. Please visit this page to read more about the updated functionality of a Team Member in Engage.
In addition, Engage will only allow you to edit a session within the current month it is initially entered. It locks the session after the 5th of the following month.
