- We first discovered on
11/14/2022 that SCORE Engage does not update the
Assignment Status field when a mentoring request is transferred to another chapter per Transferring a Mentor Request to Another Chapter. This means that when a mentoring request is assigned to a mentor with the
Assigned status, and the Client Intake Coordinator later transfers that mentoring request to another chapter, the assignment & current status fields of the mentoring request would have the following values:
In progress status value is automatically assigned by the system when a request is accepted by the assigned mentor per When to Use the Mentoring Statuses. The
Assigned status value is used when a mentoring request has been assigned and accepted by the mentor per Client Mentoring Journey. The
Pending Reassignment status value would be more appropriate for mentoring requests that have been transferred to another chapter per Client Mentoring Journey.
Update the automated process in SCORE Engage that updates the status of mentoring requests so that the
Assignment Status of mentoring requests is updated to
Pending Reassignment when transferred to another chapter.
