Events and Mentoring Request Form

We are currently experiencing an issue where registrations and MREs are being submitted, but they are not appearing in Engage.

Please note, the data is not lost as submissions are being captured successfully, but appear to be stuck and are not processing into the system as expected.

Our Tier 2 Team is actively investigating the root cause.

If this is not resolved by 1:00 PM ET (6/6/25), a communication will be sent to the field later today to keep everyone informed.

Update (1:00 PM ET)

• The issue with the Mentoring Request form has now been resolved, and those submissions are processing as expected.
• Tier 2 is working on resolving the issue affecting event registrations, which are still not making it into the system, now resolved (2:00 PM ET)
