Members made Inactive (Volunteer Application Trigger)- RESOLVED

Description of Issue:

• The Expected Onboarding Completion Date triggers Inactive profiles once it hits the targeted day, even if onboarding has been completed prior and the member is Active.
• Engage sends an email to VIC and members stating they've been deactivated in the system
• The trigger is due to the date highlighted below on the Volunteer Application
