We’ve identified an issue affecting Provisionals whose course completions are not displaying as “Complete” on the Volunteer Application, even though the completions do appear correctly in their Contact Record.
Root Cause:
This impacts older application records that were created before recent process changes and require an update.
Resolution Plan:
Our team will address this by implementing a fix within our automation process to ensure the application reflects the correct completion status.
