Resolution: Configured WalkMe for Mobile users.
Description of the Issue:
We are aware that the Classic Search Button and other WalkMe elements in the Assign-Reassign window are currently unavailable for our mobile users. Our team is actively working with WalkMe to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed as soon as it's fixed.
In the meantime, CICs can achieve the same result by clicking the RESET button followed by the SEARCH button, which performs the same function as the Classic Search button.
