Update:
We're pleased to announce that the email formatting issue has been resolved as of today, and deployed to our production environment.
What's Changed:
- Your emails should now display proper formatting and spacing.
- When CC'ing a client from your SVO this is now back to working normally

Original Issue:
Line Breaks
- Users of the Engage platform have reported an issue with the email system not maintaining the original formatting when sending emails to clients. Specifically, line breaks are not transferring correctly from Engage.
Introductory Email
- Previously mentors were able to see that the client was cc'd, but currently, the client's email address does not appear in the cc field. It is important to note that the clients still receive the introductory email, even if the volunteer does not see the client listed in the cc field.
