Attachments Not Appearing in Event Confirmation Emails

Description:
On July 15, 2024, we received reports indicating that event registration confirmation emails did not include files uploaded to an event. Upon investigation, we discovered that this functionality no longer works as expected.

Update

9/10 - Rolled back after noticing emails related to events and attachments, failing to send.

9/9 - Announced on the Leadership Call that it was resolved

9/3 - Resolved as of Engage Release Notes: Summer 2024

To Do:
Please refrain from adding an attachment to an event in Engage for now.

Here are a few alternative options:

• Send a separate email outside of Engage, such as through Constant Contact, to include the attached file.
• Create and share a link to a secure storage platform, such as Google Drive.
