- The initial email sent to mentors when they receive a direct request is not being received by members.
- The reminder email to accept or decline direct cases is currently still being sent. This will assist mentors in staying informed and managing their direct requests effectively, even if they may have missed the initial notification.
- We have escalated this issue to our development team for investigation and will provide an update on this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
