Starting June 18, 2024, we have received multiple reports from chapters experiencing issues with the "Refine By" filters when performing a global search in SCORE Engage. Users have reported that the "Refine By" section becomes greyed out or freezes.
Please be assured that a ticket has been opened with Salesforce to address this issue. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.
