Some SCORE Engage users are encountering the issue when using the global search feature.
If you're experiencing any issues with the Engage Search Bar, we recommend trying a couple of quick fixes. First, make sure your browser is up to date and try clearing your browser's cookies (How To Below).
Need help clearing your cache? Clearing your internet history/cache can help your browser run more smoothly and allow the Engage Search page to refresh. Click on the link below for instructions based on your specific browser:

How to hard refresh/reset browsers on the other known issue: Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn't work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).
- Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.
- Safari for Mac: There is no simple keyboard shortcut to force a hard refresh. Instead, press Command+Option+E to empty the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.
- Safari for iPhone and iPad: There is no shortcut to force a cache refresh. You'll have to dig into settings to erase your browser's cache.
