Our email-sending functionality has returned to normal, and you can proceed with sending emails as usual.
Our development team has identified and addressed the bug that was causing the system to reach its daily limits prematurely. The root cause was traced back to an email error alert that had become stuck in a loop, leading to the depletion of our daily email allocation. This notification has been removed, and additional measures will be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Dear Volunteers,
Our development team has successfully identified the bug responsible for causing us to reach our email sending limits prematurely. It was discovered that an email error alert intended for system administrators became stuck in a loop, consequently consuming our daily email allocation.
We are removing this notification immediately as it is deemed unnecessary. Additionally, we are thoroughly investigating any other potential triggers that could lead to similar issues in the future.
At this time, even though Engage notifications are going out, please continue sending any critical communications directly from your @scorevolunteer.org (SVO) inbox to ensure delivery.
We will provide another update tomorrow to confirm that this issue has been fully resolved. In the meantime, we will closely monitor the system logs tonight and tomorrow morning to ensure that our email-sending functionality returns to normal.

Due to an unexpected surge in email traffic, we have exceeded our daily email sending limits on Engage ahead of schedule. Consequently, our system will temporarily cease sending emails from 2 PM EST until it is reset at 7:00 PM EST today.
We recommend sending any critical communications directly from your @scorevolunteer.org (SVO) inbox until the system is back online.
Our development team is actively investigating the root cause of this issue to implement preventative measures for the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter promptly.
