Description: Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar Integrations are currently down.

We regret to inform you that we're currently experiencing an issue with the Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar integrations. This is only impacting the creation of new Zoom Webinars and Meetings. Clients can still register to existing events.

We advise Event Managers to create the event record in Engage and leave it in Draft --- postpone the last step of clicking the Create Webinar/Create Meeting button until this issue has been resolved. 

Our team is working diligently to address the situation as swiftly as possible. At this moment, we do not have an estimated time for resolution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
