- We've received multiple complaints of closed-out mentoring requests, specifically mentoring requests with the status No Response from Client appearing on the Chapter Client Requests - Need Action list view. This issue occurs when Client Intake Coordinators close out mentoring requests that are not currently assigned to a mentor.
- The SCORE Engage Development team is devising a solution that will remove these mentoring requests from the Chapter Client Requests - Need Action list view.
