"Pause Mentor Assignments" Field Not Being Checked - RESOLVED

Issue Resolved: August 14, 2023

  • This issue has been rectified. The pause mentoring feature now works as expected. The Pause Mentor Assignments field will be checked immediately when the Pause Mentor Assignments Start Date becomes equal to TODAY's date. The Pause Mentor Assignments field will be unchecked at the end of the Pause Mentor Assignments End Date at midnight. (See screenshot below for reference):

Issue Description:

  • We discovered that since the deployment of the pause mentor assignment enhancement, the "Pause Mentor Assignments" field is not being checked when the "Pause Mentor Assignments Start Date" & "Pause Mentor Assignments End Date" dates are set.

  • The "Pause Mentor Assignments" field is not unchecked when the "Pause Mentor Assignments Start Date" & "Pause Mentor Assignments End Date" dates fields are cleared:

Resolution Plan:
  • The SCORE Engage Development team is actively working on a fix that will address the issue so that the "Pause Mentor Assignments" field is checked automatically.
