SCORE Engage Creates Sessions with No Session Hours

Description:

  • On 04/22/2023, we discovered a bug in SCORE Engage where session records were created with no session hours set. This happens when a mentor exits the session screen flow before recording their session hours.

Resolution Plan:

  • The SCORE Engage Development team is actively working to refactor the add/edit session process to ensure that all sessions have an entry in the "session hours" field. We expect a resolution during June 2023 release.
