Description of the Issue

Provisional Volunteers are not able to view their application records using the My Onboarding Requirements link on the homepage.

Getting Error: Invalid Page or No applications found.

Resolution Plan

We are still investigating the issue of why the link returns an error and not linking to the Case Detail to show the application for provisional volunteers.
