Some volunteers who are “Active” may receive the SCORE Onboarding Reminder Notification reminder.

Resolution Plan:
Investigate how some Active Volunteers are still receiving the reminder email & deploy a fix to ensure only provisional/inactive volunteers who have not completed training receive this notification.
