Description of Issue
- Unable to load Engage
- Getting HTTP Error 400 Bad Request
- There is a performance degradation issue that is currently affecting our instance of Salesforce. This issue manifests as:
- Pages in SCORE Engage loading very slowly or they may not load at all.
- Clearing the cache will not resolve the issue because the issue exists within Salesforce's infrastructure.
The Technology team remains engaged and continues to perform the application tier restarts. An additional instance (NA158) has been added and additional resources have been engaged to resolve the incident as quickly as possible.
