Description:
When event registrants cancel their registration via the
cancel link in their Zoom webinar email, the status of that registrant in Zoom changes to Canceled by Self as expected. When Event Managers use the Update Attendance action to fetch and update all event registrant statuses in SCORE Engage, all registrants are updated except registrants who canceled their registration using the cancel link in their Zoom webinar email. The registrant statuses of canceled clients are not updated in automatically; they remain in Registered status. To do:
When the Update Attendanceaction is clicked to fetch and update the status of all event registrants, clients who canceled their registration via the cancel link in their Zoom webinar email statutes should update to Canceled automatically in SCORE Engage.
