Where Do I Access My Chapter’s Social Media Metrics Dashboard?

Real time reporting to measure your chapter’s progress on social media is available to 50 Chapters as part of the Chapter Social Media Support funded by SCORE HQ. This includes access to SOCi to review real-time social media metrics.

SOCi Reporting Dashboards 

SOCi has a robust reporting dashboard with additional metrics and resources available to 50 Chapters. The insights include all profiles covered by the Chapter Social Media Program (Facebook, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn) as well as any additional Twitter or Instagram account you may be running for your chapter. You will find fan demographic data, post performance and your account's reach all included in the SOCi reports.
