We use our technology platform (SOCi) to regularly syndicate accurate chapter location data to an expanded network of listings including your Facebook Page, LinkedIn Page and Google Business Profile. This approach enables us to maintain data accuracy, strengthen brand consistency and to improve local organic search rankings.
Because this system is in place, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to make a change to any location data fields on your chapter's social media channels.
SOCi will override any changes made natively within the Facebook, LinkedIn and Google management systems, so it is imperative that you submit your updates to email@example.com.
Once we receive your request, we will work with the Field Operations Team to validate and approve the change. We do this to ensure that the data point in question is consistent across both the SCORE systems and the greater digital ecosystem (Engage, score.org, social media, Google, etc.). Once validated, the Hiper Team will move forward with processing your request.
