To support your chapter’s efforts at the local level, SCORE HQ provides free, centralized social media content publishing, profile management and more to drive brand awareness, engagement and improvements in measurable business metrics.
In FY26, 50 Chapters receive the following support:
SOCI Access – You get free access to SOCi – a social media management dashboard that allows you to publish local content, respond to comments and messages, review channel performance and more.
Location Data Management – We sync accurate chapter data (like address, phone number and contact information) to 120 networks like Google to improve local organic search rankings.

Review Monitoring & Community Engagement – We monitor your chapter channels for reviews, messages and comments on a 24hr cycle and respond and/or escalate as necessary.

Content Publishing – We publish localized content to your chapter’s Facebook Pages, Google Business Profiles and LinkedIn Company Pages 2x per week according to our monthly content calendar.

Local Event Support – We help promote ALL of your chapter workshops by sharing posts about your upcoming events on your chapter’s Facebook and LinkedIn.

Performance Reporting – You have access to real-time social media reporting for all chapter social media channels connected in our SOCi system.

All 165 Chapters will receive the following support*:
Office Hours – We offer quarterly office hours for chapter volunteers to review program results, share best practices and ask questions.

Ticketing System – We are available to answer your questions through our dedicated email ticketing system at socialmedia@score.org. You can expect a response within 24hrs during operating hours.

*No other services to be provided by HQ to the 115 unsupported chapters. These chapters will have the choice to continue maintaining local channels natively.
