All paid clerical administrators are employees of The Panther Group and contractors for SCORE. To prevent any issues concerning conflict of interest or ethics dilemmas, Panther employees on assignment at SCORE should exercise care to avoid any gain or the appearance of impropriety that results from their affiliation with SCORE.
Each Panther employee placed at SCORE is required to sign and annually reaffirm his or her commitment to uphold The Panther Group’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. The Panther Group will administer this document to each administrator as they are hired and to existing administrators on an annual basis, coinciding with the volunteer COE. Administrators will only be required to sign once per calendar year, due December 31.
