We have had some questions around mentor assignment load and identifying Mentoring Requests (MRes) that are direct requests.
Please check out some helpful information, for Client Intake Coordinators, below!
Zoom training videos:

- NEW REPORT FOR CIC'S: How to View # of Assignments (Last 60 days) per mentor, when Assigning a Mentoring Request (MRe) Case
- Note that some requests to a mentor may be direct requests from the client. In the mentoring request the Direct Request box will be checked if the client found the mentor on SCORE.org and requests a session with that mentor specifically.
- The above video segment shows how to see it when it shows as Pending Reassignment; You may also want to group by Direct Request field, then Status
-
Best practice for CIC's in handling a Direct Request bounce back (no response to Mentoring Request) is to first contact the Direct Request mentor & advise them of their responsibility to contact the client; and also to reset their Profile if they are no longer accepting Direct Requests
- COPY A CUSTOM ASSIGNMENT LOAD REPORT: How to Access and Customize the Mentor Assignment Load report "Mentor Loading: 7 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days"(created by volunteer Mark Krosse!) This report will help you (the CIC) view the current assignment load, per mentor, for your chapter!
