December 2022 - Preparing for the Launch of the New Website

July 2022 - Content Audit
A content audit is currently underway where the Marketing Team is reviewing all national and chapter content to improve our content strategy and make the transition to the new website as seamless as possible. Ecropolis has been hired to assist with this project and was present on the webinar to talk through the audit process. -

In this webinar, we discussed the pain points in the current website experience and how we will address them in the new website. We also reviewed the draft wireframes for the new website experience for an anonymous user, a user profile, and the Spanish-language experience. After reviewing the structure of the site, we looked at the stylescape to help you preview the look and feel of the new sites.

April 2022 - Website Redesign Updates
Lots of work is taking place behind the scenes on the website redesign. Feedback from both clients and volunteers was shared to explain why this project is a priority for SCORE and how we are using this information to fuel future website enhancements and improve the user experience. The most current website style scape, a collection of brand assets styled together to build a brand's visual aesthetic, was also shared to collect volunteer feedback. -

Within the first few seconds a user visits a site, they decide whether to stay largely based on the images used on landing pages and in content. Therefore, the images on chapter websites play a large role in displaying the SCORE brand and providing a good user experience.
