We also went over our recently updated press release templates and shared examples of chapters' successful press releases. Then we walked through each step of creating a media list from scratch.

In our first webinar of 2024, we reviewed the Public Relations Officer role and went over several frequently asked questions about chapter PR. We also walked through how to find various resources in the Support Center, including press release templates, public service announcements, and Ask SCORE columns. We shared examples of individual chapters who found success with their PR efforts, then wrapped up the call with Q&A.
