The latest website release and the associated new features were presented by Andrea Gwartney from the Ecropolis Team and Candice Stennett, the VP of Marketing. FY22 website redesign and improvement plans were also discussed.

The SCORE Marketing Team works closely with two vendors, Ecropolis and Phase2, to ensure that the website and chapter websites provide a great user experience. Jira, our website ticketing system, upcoming website updates, and the next website sprint, Nectarine Nao, were all reviewed and discussed.

Within the first few seconds a user visits a site, they decide whether to stay largely based on the images used on landing pages and in content. Therefore, the images on chapter websites play a large role in displaying the SCORE brand and providing a good user experience. In this webinar, you will learn about image best practices and where to find image resources you can use at the chapter level.

The Marketing Team hosted an open Q&A session where any webmaster questions were welcome. Throughout the webinar, we discussed website-related FAQs and answered as many questions from the field as possible. Topics such as creating events, content types, image sizing requirements, accessibility best practices, and much more were reviewed.

A landing page can be a useful tool for surfacing content for specific audiences and for supporting marketing campaigns. In this webinar, you'll learn how to create and publish a landing page for your chapter. We'll use the volunteer page as an example to illustrate how you can use content bands to display content in creative ways to drive results for an upcoming campaign. You'll also learn how you can use the staging environment to build test pages for your website.
