Check your SCORE email regularly, as this is how SCORE communicates with volunteers. While SCORE email is not forwardable to another account, you can receive SCORE email on your phone: SVO (@scorevolunteer.org) Email Help – Support Center. All SCORE business must be conducted under your SCORE email including client communication. All volunteers must use @scorevolunteer.org email in order to remain active.
Please note that you will need to be signed into your SCORE email in order to access our online CRM, Engage. If you are logged into a personal Gmail account, you will need to log out or use a different browser to access Engage the first time.
Onboarding as a volunteer with SCORE is an ongoing, multi-step process. If you have questions about your training, status, or plans to be away, please contact your Regional Volunteer Intake Coordinator (RVIC).
