This month's webinar began with an update on how SCORE’s social media efforts are adapting to align with the recent Executive Orders and New Federal Guidelines. Then we welcomed SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon's Kathlene Sullivan as our guest speaker. Kathlene walked us through her chapter's highly successful approach to social content development and shared all of her top tips and tricks along the way. SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon is frequently one of our top performing chapter's on Facebook, so attendees were able to learn from the best of the best.

January 2025
January's webinar focused on reviewing the Q1 performance of the Chapter Social Media Program and officially launching the two new AI-powered products we added to our SOCi tech stack: Genius Reviews and Genius Search. We dove into the metrics we use to measure the success of the program, discussed what strategic shifts led us to this success and attendees received a live demo of the SOCi enhancements! We finished up with SCORE Fairfield County's Katherine Skinner sharing insights from her chapter's recent paid ads campaign to drive workshop registrations.

In November's webinar, we conducted a training focused on social media content development for chapter channels. The call covered both the social media posts that are automatically shared for chapters and what customizable content is available to Social Media Chairs to further enhance their local presence. We challenged attendees to work towards a daily posting frequency and reminded them, "You don't have to get fancy. You just have to get started."

Our October webinar served as both a year in review for FY24 and an introduction to the FY25 version of the Chapter Social Media Program. Melissa Telsrow from Hiper led the discussion of the final FY24 program performance metrics and analyzed what worked well that we can bring forward into FY25. Attendees left understanding what social media support to expect from HQ heading into the new fiscal year and what optional paid social media advertising is now available to them.
