We covered how to gain login credentials and offered a live training on the various data points available to you in your dashboards. April's webinar discussed all things Google Business Profile. We shared important new Google Business Profile updates and how Google Business Profile listings increase your chapter’s visibility online. We offered best practices you can implement if you choose to co-manage your chapter listing, and SCORE Orlando's Bo Harvey shared tips for generating reviews, as the Orlando chapter has seen great success in this area!

This month, we discussed using SOCi to layer in additional local content from your chapter on social media. This included a live demonstration of the tool. SCORE Cleveland's John Sonnhalter then shared how they are using both paid and organic opportunities to maximize their online presence. Hiper provided an FY21 year in review including social media marketing program support funded by SCORE HQ, key program performance metrics and how to access and utilize your chapter's analytics dashboard to measure performance. Additional updates included training on how to use UTM codes and a look at November marketing campaign themes.
- Year-to-date program performance was reviewed, with a notable 20% lift in website traffic as compared to last fiscal year. October key messaging themes were shared along with Q1 FY22 ad campaign packages that are now available for chapters to opt into through September 20th.
