Issue: Engage email notifications are temporarily paused

We wanted to provide an end-of-day update regarding Engage email notifications.
At this time, the issue remains unresolved, and email notifications remain paused. We are continuing to work with our email provider, Twilio SendGrid, to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.
Reminder of what this means:
- You may not receive Engage email notifications.
- Please continue to log in to Engage regularly to manage your queue for mentoring requests and applications.
Important details:
- Emails sent directly from volunteers to clients within Engage using the email client function are not affected.
