Consider following up with existing clients you haven’t heard from in a while as a reminder that you’re still available to support them on their entrepreneurial journey.
For example, you might identify clients who haven’t had a mentoring session in over six months and invite them to reconnect to discuss how they’re doing and where they may need additional support or guidance. This outreach can be done through Constant Contact, or you may prefer to send a personal email from your SVO account.
A Constant Contact template titled "Chapter Campaign to Reengage With Mentor" was added to your chapter account in May 2024. You’re welcome to use the template as-is or customize it to reflect a more local tone.
To identify clients who haven’t had a recent mentoring session, pull the Client Sessions Summary report from Engage. After downloading the report, filter the Excel file by “Session Create Date” to highlight clients who haven’t had a mentoring session in over six months. Once organized, you can upload these contacts into a new list in Constant Contact.
