Notice of Updated Mileage Reimbursement Rate

• Use the first page to report mileage incurred on or after January 1, 2026, at the new rate.
• Use the second page to report any mileage incurred prior to January 1, 2026, at the applicable prior rate.

RESOLVED: Mentor Assignment Notifications – Email Delivery Issue

Dear Mentors,

Thank you for your patience while we looked into reports about missing mentor assignment emails.

We’ve completed our review and confirmed that the email notification system is working properly. We also identified that, in some cases, the assignment process was not being fully completed before exiting, which prevented the system from sending the notification email. We have since reviewed and reinforced the correct process with our CIC team to ensure emails are sent consistently going forward.

Moving forward, mentors should receive an email each time a new request is assigned, as expected. If you ever notice a new request in your queue without having received an email, please let us know at engage@score.org so we can investigate right away.
