Notice of Updated Mileage Reimbursement Rate

For travel occurring on or after January 1, 2026, the reimbursement rate is $0.725 per mile. All mileage reimbursement requests must be submitted using the NEW Form 14 – Volunteer Reimbursement Expense Report. 
 
When completing Form 14:
  • Use the first page to report mileage incurred on or after January 1, 2026, at the new rate.
  • Use the second page to report any mileage incurred prior to January 1, 2026, at the applicable prior rate.

 

Mentor Assignment Notifications – Email Delivery Issue

We’ve received reports from some mentors indicating they are not receiving email notifications when a CIC assigns a mentoring request.
 
At this time, we are unable to replicate the issue on our end. Our review shows that the notification emails are being successfully generated and sent. Because of this, we will need to continue investigating why some mentors may not be receiving these emails in their inboxes.
 
In the meantime, we recommend checking your My Client Requests – Needs Action list view regularly to stay up to date on any new assignments. If you check your list and find that there’s a request for which you did *not* receive a notification, please contact us at engage@score.org. 
 
We appreciate your patience as we investigate further. We will post updates on The Pulse as soon as we have more information.
