This decision was made after a careful review of our staffing structure and financial outlook. We prioritized minimizing the impact on core operations while ensuring we could continue to deliver on our mission in a financially sustainable way.

We recognize this may be unsettling news and want to emphasize that these actions are part of proactive measures to stabilize our financial position and allow us to better withstand uncertainty. We will continue to look at cost-saving measures and will share more information on next steps in September.
