What is the Office Depot Printing Portal?
The Office Depot Printing Portal is a print service that allows custom design and distribution solutions. This storefront will allow chapters to customize and order materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, business cards, posters, certificates, tchotchkes, etc. There are also volunteer kits, event materials and SCORE swag (which much be purchased with unrestricted funds)!

For personal purchases or general volunteer access, SCORE volunteers can use the following credentials.

Each Chapter Admin has a login and password associated with the ch.adminXXXX@scorevolunteer.org email account.
If you do not have your login and password, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Each Chapter Chair is in charge of who in their chapter has a login.

What email is associated with my account?
Your ch.adminXXXX@scorevolunteer.org email account is the email account associated with your login. This should not be changed. All of your order confirmation emails will go to this email address.

The portal is sorted into four categories. Each of these categories have specific items related to that category. The categories and items are as follows:

How will billing work?
When you put an order in, SCORE National will receive the invoice. The accounting team will then charge the invoice back to the chapter account. At this time, there will not be a way for people to self-pay in the portal. We will update you if that changes.
The invoice will be separated into Unrestricted and Restricted items and will be invoiced back to the chapter accordingly.
**Note: The 30 Day Billing Terms button is the check-out button. This button just means that SCORE National has 30 days to pay the bill. SCORE National’s goal is to pay the bill within 5 business days from the date that they order was placed.
How long will my order take?
The shipping time will vary by location. You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as it is placed. Once you receive your order, your shipment will be mailed out within 2-4 business days. From there, the order should take roughly 3-5 business days.
How much will shipping and tax cost?
The shipping cost will be calculated at the time of shipping and will appear on the invoice that SCORE National receives.
Chapters will not pay taxes on items ordered.
