Annual Client Survey Results

The annual Client Engagement Survey was conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers and funded by the SCORE Foundation.

The updated 2024 fiscal year presentation, slide deck, indices and analysis will be made available shortly.

The portal has been updated for fiscal year 2024 results (survey conducted in 2025).

Once logged in:

You may need to check the box to acknowledge the Terms of Use and Privacy statement and click “CONFIRM”.
On your initial screen you will see two options under “Client Name”
1. SCORE: This section contains the Client Engagement and Impact Survey information.
  - By clicking on the orange “SCORE” you will be taken to the “Surveys” and “Dashboards” main page.
  - You will need to choose “Dashboards” on the top left of the screen to see the most recent Client Surveys Dashboard(s) List.
  - From here, select the orange “Dashboard Name” and you will be taken to the corresponding dashboard.
2. SCORE (Self-Service): This section contains Volunteer Survey information.
  - By clicking on the orange “SCORE (Self-Service)” you will be taken to the “Surveys” and “Dashboards” main page.
  - You will need to choose “Dashboards” on the top left of the screen to see the most recent Volunteer Surveys Dashboard(s) List.
  - From here, select the orange “Dashboard Name” and you will be taken to the corresponding dashboard.

The SCORE Client Engagement Index is the composite average for:

A series of service driver statements were included in the survey to correlate against the Client Engagement Index:

Survey items are a combination of 5-point scale (5 being Strongly Agree), Yes/No and multiple choice.

“Agree Score” is the percent of responses that are a 4 or 5 (Agree and Strongly Agree) on a 5-point scale. The higher the reported Agree Score, the more favorable the result.
