The portal has been updated for 2023 results. Please follow the instructions below.

- Email/Username: formatting for each location type is as follows:
- Chapters: chapterchapternumber@score.org (e.g. chapter1@score.org, chapter10@score.org, chapter1000@score.org, etc.) **Please note, do NOT use leading zeros, for this log-in
- Districts: format is districtdistrictnumber@score.org (e.g. district101@score.org, district1087@score.org, etc) **Please note, do NOT use leading zeros, for this log-in
- Regions: regionnameRegion@score.org
- Password: SCORE4data!
Once logged in:
- You may need to check the box to acknowledge the Terms of Use and Privacy statement and click “CONFIRM”.
- On your initial screen you will see two options under “Client Name”
- SCORE: This section contains the Client Engagement and Impact Survey information.
- By clicking on the orange “SCORE” you will be taken to the “Surveys” and “Dashboards” main page.
- You will need to choose “Dashboards” on the top left of the screen to see the most recent Client Surveys Dashboard(s) List.
- From here, select the orange “Dashboard Name” and you will be taken to the corresponding dashboard.
- SCORE (Self-Service): This section contains Volunteer Survey information.
- By clicking on the orange “SCORE (Self-Service)” you will be taken to the “Surveys” and “Dashboards” main page.
- You will need to choose “Dashboards” on the top left of the screen to see the most recent Volunteer Surveys Dashboard(s) List.
- From here, select the orange “Dashboard Name” and you will be taken to the corresponding dashboard.
- SCORE: This section contains the Client Engagement and Impact Survey information.
For 2022 results and prior
Please follow the PORTAL link and directions below to view Chapter-level Survey Reports.
This portal also includes information from the New Volunteer Onboarding Surveys and Volunteer Exit Surveys.

Username: The chapter#@score.org. For example, Chapter 0031 username: chapter31@score.org.
Password: Score2020!
District and Regional Survey Report logins follow similar naming conventions like region10@score.org, district100@score.org, nationaloffice@score.org
When you log in simply select the survey report year!
**Note minimum response rates are 5 volunteers for comments and 30 volunteers for correlation trends in order to preserve anonymity and data integrity.**
