Field Reporting Policies and Procedures

CHAPTER FINANCIAL REPORTING AND SAGE INTACCT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM The Centralized Accounting system uses the cloud-based Sage Intacct Accounting software for its reporting. Each chapter has a USER ID that can be shared with Chapter Leadership, usually the Chapter Chair and the Chapter Treasurer. The system also allows District Directors and Regional Vice Presidents access to chapter financial data through their own user IDs. The Welcome Incoming Treasurers Page on the Support Center contains videos and quick guides to aid treasurers with Sage Intacct: Signing into Sage Intacct, Chapter Dashboard Tour, FAQs, Chapter Deeper Dive, Adding Users, and Seeing Changes in My Chapter’s National Allocation Guide. The SCORE Association is on a fiscal year starting October 1 and ending September 30 of the following calendar year. The fiscal year follows this naming convention: FY21 ends September 30, 2021.
