Signing in to Intacct is different from the procedures in the Using Intacct documentation. Please follow
the instructions below and contact email@example.com if you would like assistance. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers for Intacct, both of which may need to have ADOBE set as the default
program for PDF files.
If you don’t receive the user ID and password from your predecessor, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sage Intacct will need your phone number for the 2-step verification process. HQ can only remove phone numbers, if there are other users, they can add your phone number. Please see the instructions for adding users to Sage Intacct here.
