• • • Bug Fixes:
      • SCORESO-104: Reminder: "SCORE Event Tomorrow" emails are now sent on the event day instead of 24 hours
        • On April 21, 2025, we identified an issue where volunteer applications marked as “Rejected” or “Withdrawn” were not automatically updating the volunteer’s status to “Resigned” and setting the leave date to the current date. This fix improves data consistency by ensuring the process is automated, eliminating the need for manual updates.

    • Enhancements:
      
      • SCORESO-90: RESEARCH: SCORE Email Process - Optimize / Re-architect
        • Review and optimize SCORE's email-sending process, which currently relies on rescheduling jobs. With growing email volume, the existing setup is increasingly unreliable. The goal is to propose scalable alternatives—such as event-driven architecture using Platform Events—to enable real-time, efficient, and resilient email delivery.

• • • • SCORESO-76: Prepare for Salesforce Summer Release
        • Prepare for the Summer 2025 Salesforce Release by reviewing upcoming updates, identifying any potential issues, and testing changes in advance. All reviews and testing should be completed by June 2 to ensure the SCORE SF org is ready for the June 14 release.
