Calendar Pilot Project

The project, which started in May 2022 and ended in June 2023, aimed to develop a user-friendly scheduling tool to help mentors manage their schedules more efficiently. It involved researching existing tools, collaborating with vendors, launching the tool, and improving it based on feedback. The goal was to integrate the tool with Engage and other platforms. After completion, the focus shifted to supporting all three SCORE-approved solutions, monitoring their use, and measuring performance.
