SCORE Lehigh Valley Mentor Catherine Bailey Supports Creator Rising to Top of Beauty Industry

About Mentor Catherine Bailey

Catherine's career over the last 35 years has been in diverse disciplines within primarily the Cosmetic and Fashion Industry. Over the years she has been involved in manufacturing, product development, sales and marketing. The last 15 years Catherine has been President and COO of a cosmetic business that she developed their core product for and then at the request of the founder, ran the business and all facets of it.

"I believe the entrepreneurial spirit, or some part of it, is in all of us and enjoy exploring opportunities with my clients. I not only work with start ups but those who want to expand their current business or perhaps pivot to a different priority. I am an active member of Penn States Launchbox Ladies program as well as a member of the Northampton Community College Foundation Board and the Workforce Board, a partner of Career Link. I also still do a bit of Product Development and research for my former company, Rea.deeming Beauty, Inc. which helps me keep relevant within the Industry. On a personal level, I have 3 grown children and 4 grown stepchildren as well as 9 incredible grandchildren."
