Led by SCORE Savannah mentor, Valerie Reynolds, and including committee volunteers: Ned Duffy, Stephen Friedman, Kewaan Drayton, Amy Shippy, Gia Boulos, and Jess Belfry (Chapter Chair).
The program started in February with a kickoff event followed by a 4-week workshop series that helped students develop and test their business ideas for the real world. SCORE Savannah's program started with 40 students and through a process of elimination, finished with a pitch in which 6 students competed for a cash prize (provided by a 3rd party sponsor) and bragging rights as a 2022 'Tigerpreneur' (Tiger is the university's mascot).
The event received some nice press, positive feedback, and a welcome back from the university for future programming.

**In the photo with all of the contestants on stage, you'll notice one is missing. She was the winner but in true Entrepreneur-spirit she had to leave the competition immediately following her pitch to go to work! Go figure!
Contestant winner with Jess Belfry, SCORE Savannah Chapter Chair.
