Description of Issue:
Client Intake Coordinators have reported receiving reminders regarding Reminder: Mentoring request has not yet been assigned for Client for requests which have already been assigned.
We appreciate your patience while we investigate the issue of why the reminder emails are still going out after the assignment.
The issue was caused by the conditions in which SCORE Engage sends out the notification. We've updated these conditions which fixed the issue.
