DEI Messaging Guide

The purpose of this document is to help you clearly and consistently represent the SCORE Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Messaging and Brand. This guide includes things like common terms; DEI definitions, DEI glossary/ module updates; tools for assessing content and language for bias; blind spots and tone; and suggested email signatures for DEI Ambassadors and Chapter Champions. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the SCORE Brand Guide and will be incorporated into the Brand Guide at a later date.
