The learning is most impactful when the video is viewed in a group setting followed by discussion. The facilitator guide walks through discussion questions to get the conversation going and help volunteers gain a deeper understanding of the content and as well as new insights from other volunteers.

The learning objectives for this module are:

• Understand how different types of work environments impact people
• Optimize your chapter's performance with inclusion
