Module Two: Foundational DEI Terms

The learning is most impactful when the video is viewed in a group setting followed by discussion. The facilitator guide walks through discussion questions to get the conversation going and help volunteers gain a deeper understanding of the content and as well as new insights from other volunteers.

By the end of this module, participants will be able to:

1. Develop a shared understanding of foundational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Terms
2. Participate in ongoing conversations to support SCORE's Culture of Inclusion
3. Communicate with SCORE volunteers, staff, clients, and the broader community with increased awareness
