Real time reporting to measure your chapter’s progress on social media is available as part of the Chapter Social Media Support funded by SCORE HQ and executed by Hiper. This includes access to SOCi to review real-time social media metrics and access to a custom dashboard to review your ad campaign performance if you participate in optional social media advertising.
SOCi Reporting Dashboards
SOCi has a robust reporting dashboard with additional metrics and resources available to local chapters. The insights include all profiles covered by the Chapter Social Media Program (Facebook, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn) as well as any additional Twitter or Instagram account you may be running for your chapter. You will find fan demographic data, post performance and your account's reach all included in the SOCi reports.

Hiper Ad Campaign Dashboards (optional)
In addition to SOCi reports, if you are participating in any of the optional, paid advertising campaigns offered by Hiper, custom dashboards are provided to your chapter to measure campaign effectiveness.
