Engage Release Notes - April 2022

The following enhancements and bug fixes in SCORE Engage are available as of 4/12/2022. In this release, the below changes apply to all active users:

• Enhancements
• Add a duplicate flag to duplicate Mentoring Requests (MREs)
• View duplicate flag screenshot.
• Create a rollup field called Mentoring Info Complete that checks if mentoring fields on a volunteer's profile were completed
• This field will be required for existing and future provisional volunteers that haven't completed "#4 Complete Volunteer Profile" field under the onboarding requirements based on their classifications.

• Create a rollup field called Demographic Info Complete on the volunteer contact record that calculates whether the required demographic fields have a value or not.
• This field will be required for existing and future provisional volunteers that haven't completed "#4 Complete Volunteer Profile" field under the onboarding requirements based on their classifications.

• Repurpose the #4 Complete Volunteer Profile field on the application case record to no longer be manually updated and instead be a calculated field looking at the Mentoring Info Complete and Demographic Info Complete from the volunteer contact record.
• This field will now be calculated based on the provisional volunteer classification and if they completed the new "Mentoring Info Complete" and "Demographic Info Complete" values.

• Update volunteer application to prevent the move to Active until the profile is updated based on rollup fields
• An application will not move to "Accepted (Active)" until the #4 Complete Volunteer Profile is set to completed
• Add additional options to the Gender field
• The following options were added to the Gender field: Transgender / Non-binary
• Add Choose Not to Respond as an option to select fields under the volunteer contact record
• All demographic fields will now have a "Choose Not to Respond" as an option 
• Move the Choose Not to Respond option to the bottom of the field options on the volunteer contact record
• Add Help text to "How Can You Help SCORE Clients" on the Volunteer contact record
• New help text: Describe how you can help SCORE Clients. This should emphasize the skills and knowledge that you’ll share as a SCORE volunteer. This will give clients and other volunteers a better understanding of what you have to offer and will be displayed as your profile summary on the website
• Update all emails sent to registrants to point to the chapter's website rather than score.org

• Bug Fixes
• Fix the broken Volunteer Profile Image under the My Profile Page
